The Mindfulness Based CBT Program for Mums
This online program is based on the newest and best gold standard treatment for chronic depression - mindfulness based cognitive therapy.
Over the course of 8 weeks you will learn how thoughts and emotions work, how to harness the power of neuroplasticity and ultimately, how to gain control over your own wellbeing.
Using the leading edge understanding of the process of neuroplasticity, you will literally reroute the pathways of your brain to create new, healthier patterns of being.
There is a time commitment of 2-3 hours per week to get the absolutely best results and so this course will not suit everyone!
